How is the course assessed?
There is no formal assessment. Your certificate of completion will be awarded after you complete all of the modules.

You will need
Time! Have a journal ready for the activity sheets and worksheets, and for making notes along your journey, as this will really help you understand your mind and how it works, as well as what exercises suit you best.
