Please read these terms and conditions carefully before applying for the Natural Touch Training Affiliate Program.
By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility:
The Natural Touch Training Affiliate Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have a genuine interest in sales, education, holistic wellness, beauty, personal development, and related fields.
2. Application and approval:
To apply for the Affiliate Program, you must complete the application form available on the Natural Touch Training website, here.
Approval for the Affiliate Program is subject to review by Natural Touch Training. We reserve the right to decline or revoke membership at our discretion.
3. Associate responsibilities:
As an Affiliate, you are responsible for accurately representing Natural Touch Training and its courses on your website and social media channels.
You agree to use only the approved marketing materials and Affiliate links provided by Natural Touch Training.
You are responsible for the content you create and share, and it should align with Natural Touch Training’s values and standards. Guidance will be given, once your Affiliate application has been approved.
4. Commission and payments:
Affiliates will earn a commission on successful course sales made through their referral links.
Commissions are paid at regular intervals – usually once per month – and Affiliates can check the status of their commissions and payments via their profile on our website.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details are provided.
5. Compliance:
Affiliates are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their promotional activities, which includes adhering to the ‘laws of the land’ and any regulations imposed, for example, by individual social media channels.
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in activities that may harm Natural Touch Training’s reputation or interests.
6. Termination:
Natural Touch Training reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s membership at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Affiliates may terminate their membership at any time by providing written electronic notice to Natural Touch Training.
7. Changes to the terms and conditions:
Natural Touch Training reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of such changes.
8. Limitation of liability:
Natural Touch Training shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program.
Natural Touch Training will not be held responsible for any Affiliate activity which, under any regulation, is deemed unlawful.
9. Confidentiality:
Affiliates agree to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by Natural Touch Training.
10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
