Your course comes with a high-quality PDF completion certificate as standard.
For an additional £15, we can also include a professionally printed certificate, delivered to your home address.
How does it work?
If you choose printed certificates to your course purchase, we will ask you to confirm your postal address and the exact name you want printed on your certificate. Once your course is complete, your certificate will be posted to you. Please allow up to 28 days from the date of your course completion for us to prepare and post your certificate.
Audio manuals
Our course manuals are now available as downloadable audio files.
Listen on the go, follow along with your manual, and reinforce your learning at your own pace.
Perfect if you’re short of time, revising, or revisiting key topics. You can access your audio manuals anytime, anywhere.
The additional cost of our audio manuals is £25 per course.
How does it work?
If you choose to add audio manuals to your in-person course purchase, you’ll receive your PDF course manuals as soon as you complete your purchase, and the links to your audio manuals will be sent to you by email.
It’s available for our online courses too! If you are purchasing an online course, you can opt to have an audio version of your course as well. Our text-to-speech engine can read each page to you as you work through your course.
Training videos
Our exclusive training videos provide a clear visual guide to the practical techniques taught during your course. They are designed to help you revisit key skills, refine your technique, and reinforce your learning after your training.
Our videos will be sent to you after your training course, so that you can give you full attention to your tutors demonstrations during your practical training. Watching the techniques again in your own time can help build confidence, improve precision, and support your transition from student to professional therapist.
For shorter courses, the videos are delivered on course completion, and for our longer courses, the videos are delivered after day 2, when most of the fundamental techniques will have been demonstrated by your tutor.
How does it work?
You can add the training videos when purchasing your course, or buy them later at the same discounted alumni rate. Once you have successfully completed your course, you will receive an email containing secure links to access your videos.
You can watch the videos anytime, as often as you like, making them ideal for refreshing your knowledge, consolidating your learning, or preparing to work with clients.
Downloadable course content for online courses
Our online courses all have the option to include a downloadable copy of all of the course material with your course purchase, or while you are studying the course by following the link in the course introduction.
If you prefer to learn in a variety of ways, our downloadable course content may be ideal for you. You can save the PDF download or even print it out if you prefer.
How does it work?
If you choose to include downloadable course content with your course purchase, you will be able to access the download from the course introduction, or from the final page of the course.
The downloadable course content contains all of the course material, with the exception of any quizzes or assessment material.
However, please note that if your course contains video or audio content, these are not included in the downloadable course PDF.
Bundles and multi-course programmes
Some of our courses are offered as bundles that include two or more individual qualifications. Because each qualification has its own manual, certificate, and training materials, any optional add-ons such as printed certificates, audio manuals, or training videos need to be prepared separately for each component of the bundle.
For this reason, the cost of optional add-ons may be slightly higher for bundled courses, reflecting the additional materials that are produced for each qualification included in the programme.
