In-House Group Training

Professional Training – Brought to You

Would you like to arrange professional training for your team without taking everyone out of the workplace or travelling to one of our regular training venues?

Natural Touch Training offers selected practical courses as In-House Group Training for groups of three or more learners, bringing our established professional training directly to salons, spas, clinics, businesses and other suitable professional venues.

You’ll receive the same Natural Touch Training course, materials, practical tuition and certification – simply delivered at an agreed location that works for your group.

Who is In-House Group Training For?

In-House Group Training can be a great option if you:

  • run a salon, spa, clinic, wellbeing or other suitable professional business and want to train your team together;
  • have a group of three or more learners requiring the same training;
  • have access to a suitable business, professional or training venue; or
  • are based in an area where we do not currently have a regular Natural Touch Training venue within reasonable travelling distance.

Training may take place at your own professional premises or another suitable business or training venue agreed in advance.

Training for Salons, Spas, Clinics & Businesses

If several members of your team require the same training, bringing the tutor to you can be a practical and cost-effective alternative to sending staff to different training locations.

It can also make it easier to work around your business, use your usual treatment environment where appropriate, and train members of your team together.

We will discuss your requirements and provide a bespoke quotation based on the course, number of learners, location and any additional requirements.

Not Just One-Day Courses

In-House Group Training is not limited to short CPD courses. Selected longer programmes, including some of our Level 3 courses, may also be delivered in-house where the premises, tutor availability and travelling arrangements are suitable.

Multi-day programmes can be arranged over an appropriate timetable, which may include weekly, fortnightly or monthly training days depending on the course.

Where Is In-house group training Available?

Many of our tutors may be available for In-House Group Training. If you’re unsure whether we can come to your area, please get in touch. We can consider the course, your location, tutor availability and the proposed training arrangements.

What Do We Need to Provide?

This depends on the course and venue. For practical training, we will normally need an appropriate professional space with sufficient room to work safely, suitable privacy, toilet and handwashing facilities and any other facilities required for the particular treatment.

If you already have treatment couches and suitable equipment at your salon, clinic, spa or venue, these may be used where appropriate. We will confirm in advance what your group is expected to provide and what the tutor will bring.

How Much Does In-house Group Training Cost?

In-House Group Training is quoted on a bespoke basis. The quotation will take account of the course, number of learners, location, tutor travel and any additional requirements.

Any agreed travel supplement or exceptional travel costs will be confirmed before the booking is completed, so there are no surprise travel charges afterwards.

The Same Natural Touch Training Training Standards

Choosing In-House Group Training does not mean receiving a shortened or simplified version of the course.

Your group will receive the same Natural Touch Training course content, required training hours, learning materials, practical tuition and assessment requirements as students attending one of our established venues.

All training is delivered by an approved Natural Touch Training tutor and remains subject to our usual course entry requirements and Terms & Conditions.

Interested in In-House Training?

Please contact Natural Touch Training and tell us:

  • which course you are interested in;
  • where the training would take place;
  • how many people would like to train (minimum three); and
  • what treatment or training space and equipment you have available.

We will then look at tutor availability, travelling requirements and whether the proposed venue is suitable before confirming the options available.
