Selected Natural Touch Training courses may be available on an in-house basis for groups of 3 or more students at a salon, spa, clinic or other suitable premises.
In-house group training is subject to tutor availability and approval of the proposed training location. The premises must provide sufficient space, privacy, facilities and a safe and appropriate environment for the course being delivered. We may request further information or photographs of the proposed training space before confirming a booking.
Where additional tutor travel is required, a travel supplement and any other agreed reasonable travel expenses may be added to the standard course fee. For group or business bookings, a bespoke course quotation may be provided. All additional charges will be confirmed and agreed before the booking is completed.
Where the group or business is responsible for providing treatment couches, models, equipment, products or other facilities, these requirements will be confirmed before training. Failure to provide an agreed essential requirement may prevent the training from proceeding and may be treated as a business-requested rearrangement under our rescheduling terms.
If the tutor considers the premises unsafe or materially unsuitable for the required training on arrival, they may refuse to proceed. Where the premises differ materially from the information provided to us before booking, any resulting rearrangement and associated costs may be the responsibility of the business.
In-house courses are delivered to the same Natural Touch Training standards and remain subject to all other applicable sections of these Terms & Conditions.
