Purchasing Training Credits: Training Credits are available to existing Natural Touch Training students who have a registered account on our website and have previously purchased a qualifying course. Training Credits allow you to purchase credit in advance for use towards future eligible training bookings. They are issued as individual vouchers, linked to your customer account, and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged between customers.
Promotional bonus credit: When purchasing Training Credits, you may receive additional credit as a promotional bonus. The bonus percentage applicable at the time of purchase will be displayed on the product page, together with the total voucher value you will receive. For example, purchasing £100 of Training Credits with a 30% promotional bonus will provide a voucher worth £130. Promotional percentages may change from time to time, but the value of an issued voucher will not be affected by subsequent changes to our offers.
Using Training Credits: Training Credits may be redeemed towards deposit-only payments for eligible in-person practical training courses, or towards the purchase price of eligible online training courses. They cannot be used towards instalment payment plans, full-course payment options for practical training, course add-ons, manuals, certificates or other products and services unless expressly stated otherwise.
Training Credits are redeemed by entering the voucher code in the coupon or Training Credit field during checkout. More than one Training Credit voucher may be used towards an eligible purchase, subject to the available balances and the amount payable.
Partial redemption: You are not required to use the full value of a Training Credit voucher in a single transaction. If your voucher value exceeds the eligible amount payable, only the amount required will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be available for future eligible purchases until the voucher expires. For example, if you use £100 from a voucher worth £130, the remaining £30 will stay on the same voucher.
Other discounts and promotions: Training Credits represent prepaid value and may be used alongside eligible promotional discounts, including qualifying WooCommerce coupons and automatic course discounts. Any applicable course discount will be calculated before Training Credits are applied. Training Credits cannot be used to purchase additional Training Credits, and promotional discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of Training Credits unless expressly permitted by Natural Touch Training.
Validity and expiry: Training Credits are normally valid for twelve months from the date of issue, unless a different validity period is stated at the time of purchase. The expiry date is displayed in your customer account alongside each voucher’s remaining balance. Any unused credit will cease to be redeemable after the expiry date, subject to your statutory rights.
It is your responsibility to use your Training Credits before they expire. Extensions may be considered by Natural Touch Training on request, at our discretion, taking account of individual circumstances. Any agreed extension will be reflected in your customer account.
Viewing your Training Credits: All active Training Credit vouchers, together with their original values, remaining balances and expiry dates, can be viewed in the My Training Credits section of your account. Fully used and expired vouchers will remain visible for reference for a limited period. Voucher balances are updated following redemption, and you can purchase additional Training Credits at any time while the product remains available to eligible customers.
Cancellations and refunds: Training Credits used towards a course booking are subject to the same cancellation and refund conditions as other payments for that course. Cancelling or rescheduling a course does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the Training Credits used.
Where a refund of a course payment made using Training Credits is due, the appropriate amount of credit will normally be restored to the original voucher, subject to your statutory rights and any alternative refund arrangement agreed with you. Restored credit will ordinarily retain its original expiry date, although an extension may be granted where appropriate.
If you wish to cancel a purchase of Training Credits themselves, please contact Natural Touch Training in writing. Requests will be handled in accordance with your applicable statutory cancellation rights. Where a refund is agreed or legally required, any associated promotional bonus credit will be cancelled, and any previous redemption of the voucher will be taken into account to prevent duplicate reimbursement.
Training Credits have no cash withdrawal facility and cannot ordinarily be exchanged for cash outside an applicable legal refund entitlement or an alternative arrangement expressly agreed with Natural Touch Training.
Changes and administration: Natural Touch Training reserves the right to amend future Training Credit offers, promotional bonus percentages, available purchase amounts and eligibility conditions. Such changes will not retrospectively reduce the value of vouchers already issued or affect customers’ statutory rights.
We may suspend a voucher while investigating suspected misuse, duplicate transactions or payment disputes. Any administrative corrections to voucher balances will be recorded, and customers may contact us if they believe their balance is incorrect.
Nothing in these Training Credits terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
