These terms and conditions are supplementary to the main terms & conditions of business which you can find here.
Payment by interest-free instalments is available for our more expensive courses, enabling you to choose to pay a lower deposit at the time of booking, and spread the cost of the remaining course cost over several months.
Our standard payment term is 6 months, but you can also choose how long you want to take to pay off the balance of your course costs and you will not be charged any interest on your payments. The maximum term is 12 months.
Please note:
- You will not receive your course completion certificate until your final payment has been received.
- If you miss two consecutive payments without letting us know, we will assume your order is cancelled and we will be unable to refund the amount already paid.
Example payment schedule:
Total course cost £825
Initial payment at checkout = £165
Remaining cost = £660
If you choose to split the cost over 6 monthly payments you would pay £110 per month.
To choose this payment option:
The option to pay in instalments is available for many of our courses over £500 in total value.
For courses where there is an option to pay in interest-free instalments, you will see ‘Pay in interest-free instalments‘ in the course payment option pull-down menu. An example calculation will be displayed when you choose this option, and the amount payable will be adjusted to show the initial payment only.
Instalments are not available on the other course options.
You can purchase multiple courses at the same time and still choose to pay in instalments for your more expensive course(s).
At the checkout:
- Our standard payment term is 6 months, but you can let us know if you would like a different term by adding the information to the Notes box.
- You can choose any payment option to make your initial payment.
We will send you an email with our bank details for future payments, details of your instalments and the dates on which they are due. We will also send you a reminder email at regular intervals with the amount due.
Where possible, we would advise anyone choosing to pay by instalments to set up a standing order with your bank, so that your payments always arrive on time.
If you wish, you can overpay any of your future instalments and we will adjust the remaining amount accordingly.
