Prerequisites: Level 3 Body Massage, Level 3 Sports Massage or equivalent, with Anatomy & Physiology. You will be required to provide evidence of these qualifications before the start of the course.

Practical Course Length: 2 day full course or 1 day practical refresher

Assessment: Completion of guided home study and preparation of written assessment before the practical training day. On the practical training days, continuous formative assessment, verbal questions, and performance of a deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy & NMT treatment with minimal guidance from your tutor, along with completion of the written assessment. The refresher course will be assessed via observation of a deep tissue massage treatment to include trigger point therapy & NMT with minimal guidance from your tutor only.

Model Required? Yes, if you are training on your own. Check the contraindications explained in the course to determine suitability for treatment for yourself or before choosing your model. If two or more people are training, you can work on each other.
