Reflexology is an essential skill for any holistic therapist, the treatment involves massage and application of pressure to specific reflex areas of the feet. The feet are considered to be a map of the body mirroring its vital organs and structure. By stimulating these reflex points on the feet we can improve circulation, decrease tension and eliminate toxins encouraging the body to function correctly. This treatment is designed to boost energy levels, and enhance emotional well-being and can be used to assist many physical problems i.e. arthritis, digestive problems, back pain, general fatigue, and menstrual irregularities.
