This course is suitable for anyone who wants to gain a greater awareness of mental health. It will give you a clear understanding of common mental health issues and the knowledge and confidence to promote mental health awareness and to spot signs of mental ill health as well as the skills to support positive wellbeing for themselves and others.

The course also contains links to lots of other useful resources to help manage and combat mental health issues, whatever the cause.
Time limits – You have 12 months to complete this course.
Assessment – There are no hoops to jump in this course, and no exams! You must complete all sections of the course before certification.
Certification – Once you have completed all of the modules you will be able to download your certificate of completion.
