You can either pay in full at the time of booking or pay a deposit and settle the balance directly with your tutor at least 14 days before your course. We also offer interest-free instalment options for higher-cost courses. You can find the details on each course page, or contact us for more options.
We provide high-quality, tutor-led training with a strong focus on practical skills, small group sizes, and personalised attention. Our tutors are experienced professionals, and our courses are accredited and insurer-approved. Our online courses are written by experienced professionals who will also be available to support you through your course and offer you personalised feedback on your assessments.
Yes – all of our tutors are qualified, insured, and experienced practitioners in their field. They also meet our standards for adult learning and course delivery. Every tutor is also a qualified teacher, so you’re in good hands.
All of this information is available on our website under each individual course listing. If a course has dates scheduled, you’ll see them there. But don’t worry, if there is no date scheduled for your course, your tutor can arrange one for you.
Yes. For some courses, you can apply for PayPal’s Pay-in-3, for example. We also offer an interest-free payment plan for our higher-value courses. In addition, you have the option to pay a deposit for our hands-on courses, and pay the balance directly to your tutor before your course, which can help to spread the cost.
If a course is fully booked, we recommend contacting us to join the waiting list or to ask about the possibility of squeezing in another student. For some tutors, the student numbers are limited by the size of the venue. If a cancellation occurs, you may be offered a spot at short notice.
Most of our courses carry CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points. Details are provided in each course description – just check at the bottom of the full course description for the details. The CPD points will also be listed on your certificate.
For some courses, yes. Your tutor will let you know in advance if a model is required. If you are unable to bring one, please discuss it with your tutor as soon as possible and they will do everything they can to provide one for you.
Bring your manual (digital or printed), any course materials sent in advance, a packed lunch (if required), suitable clothing, and any required equipment. Your tutor will confirm specific requirements, and will give you advice where to park, on good places to eat and what to bring.
Our certificates are training-based, not brand-specific. They confirm your completion and competence in the techniques taught, and are accepted by leading insurers.
This depends on the course. Some include assessments or observed practical work, while others involve written elements. Your tutor will advise what’s required, and if you drop us a line we can help with that too. If you have any specific learning needs we should be aware of, you can tell us by sending a confidential email, or completing this form.
The course fee includes your training, assessment, access to course materials and your electronic certificate (on successful completion). Some tutors may provide additional resources too, but they will tell you about this when they contact you to arrange your training.
Yes – once qualified and insured, you can begin practising professionally. Our courses are designed to meet (and often exceed) industry standards and are recognised by major insurers.
Some courses are available online or as part of a blended bundle. These are clearly marked on our website. Online access is typically valid for 12 months, and you can find a list of all our online course options here.
Each course states its entry requirements in the full course description. If you’re unsure whether your qualification is suitable, please contact us before booking to avoid rescheduling or admin fees.
Yes – we offer in-house training for salons, spas, and teams. Please get in touch for availability and pricing.
For some courses, yes – particularly if you’ll be practising techniques during your training or if case studies are required. Check with your tutor or send us an email if you’re unsure.
Yes – after completing your course, we’ll send you details of recommended professional insurers.
You can see our list of professional organisations and recommended insurers here.
In many cases, we have negotiated student and graduate discounts with these organisations.
Our shorter courses are focused and practical, designed to teach you safe, effective techniques in one day. Many therapists choose to practise with friends and family after training to build confidence.
Your tutor will contact you directly after booking. Their email and phone number will be provided for any course-specific queries after your course is confirmed.
We’re here to support you throughout your training. You can contact your tutor directly or reach our head office team by emailing [email protected], or using our contact form.
Use our contact form or email us at [email protected]. We aim to respond as quickly as possible, and within 1–2 working days. Our office hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Absolutely. Please let us know about any learning differences or access needs as early as possible. We’ll do everything we can to support you. We will treat what you tell us in confidence, and you can use this form to let us know, or just send us an email if you prefer.
If you’re unable to attend due to illness, please notify us and your tutor as soon as possible. In exceptional cases (e.g. medical emergencies), we may be able to reschedule your training. A £30 admin fee per training day may apply, and we may ask for a doctor’s note depending on the circumstances. Unfortunately, we can’t offer full course refunds outside the standard 14-day cooling-off period.
Most of our courses must be completed within 12 months of purchase. If you’re unable to complete your course in that time, please contact us before the deadline. If your course has already lapsed, we will be able to offer an extension for a small fee (usually 20% of the current course cost).
We send certificates electronically as standard, which you can download and print. If you would like a professionally printed copy, please contact us – we will be able to arrange this for a small additional fee.
Yes! If you feel you’d benefit from a refresher or additional practice, we’re happy to help. Many of our courses offer refresher options, but if you need something different, just contact us to discuss your options. We also offer mentoring schemes for qualified therapists or those just getting started in the industry. You can find details of these schemes here.
We’ll always try to accommodate your needs. Our tutors try to be as flexible as possible with their training dates. If you need to reschedule a date, please let us know at least 14 days in advance or speak directly to your tutor. Fees may apply if shorter notice is given.
Your tutor will discuss the training times with you when they contact you about your course. They will try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate any specific requirements you may have. However, most one-day courses involve 8 hours of practical training, usually starting between 9am and 10am. Weekend courses may start a little later, by arrangement.
